We supported News UK, the publishers of The Sun and The Times, with the production of a branded content series for Tesco. ‘Everyone’s Welcome’ tells the story of the retail giant’s commitment to inclusivity in its hiring strategy. Through interviews and on-location filming at major distribution centres, we created this social first campaign that captured the essence of what it means to be part of the Tesco family. 


Louise’s Story

Louise, who lives with borderline personality disorder and dyslexia worked her way up through Tesco to become a Senior Store manager, proving that if you have the right mindset, there’s no limit to what you can achieve.

Bernard’s journey

Bernard started at Tesco with a Saturday job when he was 16. He’s now manager of one of the company’s biggest home delivery fulfilment centres, overseeing a team of 850.
